The DeWitt School Board will have a School Board Financial Training tonight, Thursday, November 13, with Mr. Ray Beardsley from First Security. The training will take place at the DeWitt Administration Office at 5 PM.

ATTENTION!! Friday morning between 9:00-10:30 we will have a small Civil War reenactment at DMS. Part of the presentation will be live firing of blanks and we wanted the community to be aware of this before it takes place. Again there will be no actual ammunition, this is a dry fire of a civil war rifle with powder only. Thanks!

Students in Coach Brickey’s, Foods and Nutrition class recently prepared breakfast as part of a hands-on lesson. The activity allowed them to practice essential cooking skills, meal planning, and teamwork while enjoying the results of their work together, the kitchen was filled with the aroma of a hearty homemade breakfast. The lesson not only helped students strengthen their culinary techniques but also emphasized the importance of communication, time management, and cooperation in the kitchen. After this lesson, students now have the confidence and skills to prepare a great breakfast on their own.
