Attention Parents!
Dear Parents:
The State and Federal guidelines require that all special education due process forms and records be destroyed within (6) six years after a student leaves the special education or speech/language therapy program.
You have the right to review and pick up your child’s due process records. They will be available for the DeWitt School District in the Special Education office from Monday, September 23rd through Friday, September 27th, 2024.
The records which are not picked up will be destroyed on Monday, October 7th, 2024. If there are questions or concerns about records, please contact Paige Gunnell, Special Education Director, at (870) 946-2541.

The DeWitt School District is seeking an assistant teacher for the DeWitt ABC Preschool Program. Job responsibilities include: educational instruction, playground and classroom supervision, documentation and report preparation and parent engagement. Qualified applicants must have a Child Development Associate certification (CDA) or an Associate degree (AA) in Early Childhood Education.
