Flu Shots will be available at DeWitt School District Campuses on the following dates:
DeWitt High School- October 5 - packets available now and are due back by October 1.
DeWitt Elementary School - October 9 - packets were sent home September 25 and are due back by October 5.
Gillett Elementary School - October 15 - packets will be sent home October 5 and are due back by October 9
DeWitt Middle School - October 19 - packets will be sent home October 5 and are due back by October 14.
This is a FREE service provided to our district by the Arkansas Health Department and is only available for students who are attending school in person.
