Dragonette Softball is going to have a skills camp for any 2nd - 8th grade girl!
ATTENTION DeWitt High School Students and Parents:
Out of extreme caution, we ask that you drop off any car riders at the FRONT of DHS only. There are still icy sidewalks near the North Back Hallway, and we want to be sure everyone stays healthy and safe.
Thank you. We can't wait to see you all today!

Attention Parents of 10th graders!!

Many have asked the upcoming date of our Banquet and Prom. Please mark your calendars for April 18. Students will get more details as the date is closer. Thank you.

Just a reminder that DHS will have ATLAS Interim II testing. This is a good time to see how much our students have grown from the last interim, and a good time to help us see what we need to work on before the state testing in April.
Interim testing will be on January 21 - 22 and will be for English 9, English 10, Algebra I, Geometry, and Biology.

We are so proud of Savanna Smith, whose ornament design celebrating our community was selected for the Arkansas Celebrates America250 State Ornament Project! Her artwork is now on display on the Christmas tree at the Arkansas State Capitol, where it will be open for public viewing through mid-January. What an incredible honor and achievement!

Thank you to our choir and all of our bands for helping add magic to the holidays tonight. Every group did an amazing job!! Here’s a couple of pictures of our DHS band.

Hey DHS Students! Here it is, the last week before Christmas Break. It is semester testing week. We want to have a little fun before we go home for the holidays, so see the photo to see our "festive days" as we study, work hard, and finish this semester strong!
Several DHS students achieved the opportunity to go to Monticello to compete in the chess tournament after placing in a local chess tournament a few days ago. Jett Stephen placed 1st in the junior high division and Jayden Stephens placed 3rd in the senior high division! Way to go guys!

We would like to give a special thanks to our students in EAST Lab and Dragon Period Community Service classes for their hard work and help putting up the Christmas decorations on the square. We love it when students work to give back to the community, and we are so blessed to have them!
Thanks as well to Mrs. Smith for coordinating to make this happen!

DONATION DRIVE TOTALS SO FAR!
Things are getting pawsitively intense out there!
🎓 Seniors are currently in the lead — they came to play…and fetch…ALL the points!
But Beware of Juniors – they are starting to sniff around the leaderboard!
🐶 It’s NOT too late, Freshmen and Sophomores! You can still claw your way back into this. Don’t let the upperclassmen dog y’all out of that popcorn party!
We’re accepting items until 2:30 on Friday afternoon!
So grab those blankets, haul in that dog food, and help your class take the lead before the Seniors start acting like top dogs permanently.
Let’s make this drive fur-nomenal! 🐾
