The Army is one of three members of the military departments that report to the United States' Department of Defense. The Army serves to protect the United States in land combat and in various foreign affairs. The Army's mission is "to fight and win our Nation's wars, by providing prompt, sustained, land dominance, across the full range of military operations and the spectrum of conflict, in support of combatant commanders."

Coast Guard

Coast Guard

The United States Coast Guard is the only military branch within the Department of Homeland Security and protects the United States' maritime and environmental affairs.

Marine Corps

Marine Corps

Established in 1775, the United States Marine Corps responds to crises in our nation. Soldiers are trained to provide aid and detachments to naval ships and marine operations.

Navy

Navy

In its uniqueness, the United States Navy operations on various terrains, whether it be on land, in the air, or on the sea. Serving our country for 238 years, the Navy's mission statement is "to maintain, train and equip combat-ready Naval forces capable of winning wars, deterring aggression and maintaining freedom of the seas."
