Congratulations to our DHS students who have scored a 3, 4 or 5 on their AP exams! They have earned their right to college credit for that course. We are very proud of all their hard work!
DHS students will be able to receive parking passes next week from 1 - 3 p.m. Students will need to bring copies of insurance and a valid driver's license. If you have a hardship, you must bring the paperwork for that as well. If you can't attend on the scheduled days, you will be able to get a pass during Open House on August 7th.
DHS Dragons! Here is a Community Service opportunity for you! Be sure that you are working on getting your 75 hours if you are class of 2027, 2028, or 2029. We have verification forms in the office!
Attention to any student who registered to take the ACT here in JUNE!!
The test has been relocated to another testing center due to low registration numbers. If you are registered to test in June you will need to check your email that you provided ACT to see where your new testing location is. Thank you!
With a combined 75 years of educational service, we honored our retirees as a small gesture for the love and dedication they have shown to so many people. We wish them well!

Look at these graduates! Many of our DHS Class of 2025 students took advantage of our partnership with PCC U of A and successfully earned an Associate Degree while they were finishing up their high school journey. We are very blessed with all of the resources our local college offers our community. Congratulations to our grads, you make us so proud!

The Dragonettes defeated Baptist Prep in Round 1 of the State Tournament with a final score of 11-2. They will take on the winner of Lavaca v Walnut Ridge tomorrow at 5:30!

How cool is this?? A student at DHS, who loves history, discovered some photos from 1912! This photo is made up of 7th and 8th graders who attended DHS at this time. We don't have any names of the students but we thought it was too neat not to share!
