Vouchers for the Dragon Football game Friday night vs Drew Central will be available starting Wednesday, September 9! Come by the office any time to pick up your vouchers. To get in to the game Friday night, you'll need to give the ladies at the gate your voucher and $5. Go Dragons!!

Vouchers to purchase tickets for the DeWitt v McGehee Senior High Game Friday night are now available for anyone to pick up in the school office. You must present your voucher at the gate in McGehee Friday night to buy a ticket. If you have any questions, please call the DHS Office!
Due to the potential dangerous weather, we have decided to postpone the Battle of ArCo. We have rescheduled our game vs Stuttgart for Friday, September 18 at 7:00. Please hold on to your tickets. We will not resale tickets. Sorry for any inconvenience, we just have to put the safety of the student athletes first.
DeWitt School District will dismiss at 1:00pm today at our elementary schools and at 1:15pm at DMS and DHS due to the possibility of damaging winds and heavy rain during our normal dismissal times.
The Junior High game scheduled for tomorrow against Clarendon has been cancelled because of low numbers in their junior high. We will kick off the season against Barton September 3rd! Go Dragons!
Parents of Cheerleaders, Band Members, and Football Players: tickets for Friday night’s Battle of ArCo will be available for purchase after school today from 4:00-6:00 in front of the office. Students may also come from 4:00-6:00 today to purchase their one allotted ticket. Go Dragons!
Follow up: To get your student’s chrome book for Dragon Academy, you will need to turn in a chrome book form signed by your student and a parent/guardian. The forms are available in “Back to School” forms on the website or you can pick one up from the school.
If you are/have a VIRTUAL 9th grader, their chromebooks are ready to be picked up after 10:00 AM today in the high school library. If you have any questions, please call the school office. This is for virtual only, the remainder of freshmen chromebooks are not ready yet.
Just a reminder before we start back tomorrow. Each grade will stand outside of their corresponding grade hall doors practicing social distancing until the bell rings. If a student wants to eat breakfast before school, they will go to the cafeteria when they arrive. If a student opts to eat breakfast, they must remain in the cafeteria until the bell rings. Please do not arrive to school before 7:40.

Attention Dragon Academy Students!
9th-12th Dragon Academy students will receive their login from Virtual Arkansas Thursday in their school email. If you have already picked up your schedule and packet, there is no need to return to pick up more.
Students will sign up in the office to run for DHS Student Council officer positions and class representatives from Monday, August 24 - Thursday, August 27. Students will vote on Friday, August 28.
Are you ready for some football?!?! DeWitt Dragons will be hosting the Barton Bears Tuesday, August 18th at 7:00pm for a benefit game. $5.00 entry. Please remember gate passes are not valid on benefit games. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, please remember to social distance and wear a mask. Come out and support our Dragon Football players and cheerleaders!! GO DRAGONS!!
DeWitt High School students should come to the office and pick up schedules and information packets next week, Monday through Friday. The office is open from 8:00AM until 3:00PM. All DHS students should pick up packets and fill out their chrome book forms before school starts so that they have their chrome books on the first day of school, August 24.
