We would like to bring attention to a remarkable accomplishment by one of our teachers within our school district. Our very own elementary music teacher, Mrs. Casi Smith, has recently written, illustrated, and published her own children's book!
Mrs. Casi has been a passionate and devoted music teacher going on six years now. She has helped to create a many of programs that have positively impacted students, teachers, and families alike.
We would like to celebrate Mrs. Casi's accomplishment as well as share the importance of supporting one another within the community.
If you would like more information about Mrs. Casi's book entitled, "Sneaky Slippery Snake & More...", please visit her website: S1-S0-S1-A8-M2-C3.MY.CANVA.SITE

Their artwork hung in the Arkansas State Capitol Rotunda during the week of September 17-24, 2023. The contest received over 2500 entries from all over the state, and eight students were chosen as finalists in each grade category.
"It is an honor for these students to get chosen as finalists in this art contest and have their artwork hang in the Capitol building. They are each very talented, and I am proud of them," said Art teacher Joli Holzhauer.
