We want to take this week to highlight our JAG students and Mrs. Whiting! They coordinated with Arkansas State Police and local first responders to have a mock wreck for the students at DHS today. We are so thankful for the work they put in to show our students what a different reality could be. All the students and first responders did an excellent job! Thank you, JAG!!

Our staff member of the week is Mrs. Laura Cunningham! Mrs. Cunningham is a resource teacher at DeWitt High School. She has been in at DeWitt High School for 18 years. Her favorite thing about teaching is when a student understands something new. She says "I love it when they see that learning is fun!" Thank you for everything you do at DHS, Mrs. Cunningham! You make our school a better place.

Parents and Guardians: As always the District will be monitoring the weather tomorrow (4/13/22) in order to ensure the safety of our students and staff. We will be ready to implement our severe weather procedures and transition students to our tornado safe rooms if necessary.
