February 15th marks National School Resource Officer Appreciation Day! We extend our deep appreciation to the School Resource Officers (SROs) across our region for their remarkable contributions to the students and schools they serve.
No School - Friday, Feb. 16, 2024
Parent / teacher conferences will be held on Thursday, Feb. 15, 2024 from 2pm - 6pm.
6th and 8th grade BMI assessments will begin soon. If you do not want your child to participate, a waiver is available. These can be picked up in the nurse's office. All waivers must be returned by Tuesday, February 20th. Please call the school and ask for Mrs. LeighAnn if you have any questions.
Cheer Sign Ups will be open from Tuesday, Feb. 20th - Friday, Mar. 1st.
DMS FBLA members competed at the District III Spring Conference in Monticello. Our kids won big today! Students placing in the top 5 will attend and compete in the Arkansas State FBLA Conference in April.

DeWitt Middle School will be having an 8th grade parent meeting for the YES program on Thursday, February 22, 2024 @ 5:15pm in the DMS Library. This is NOT a mandatory meeting for parents, but parents are encouraged to come learn more information about the YES program.
